Hello everyone! I am the one and only Katie Adeline Wallace, NPC bikini competitor. This will be my second year competing in the Emerald Cup and can't wait! Last year I came in at 2nd in my height class and hope to exceed that placing.

Last season I had the opportunity to compete at a few national level shows and did very well at Jr Nationals and Team Universe. I know that 2012 is my year. Mark my words, I WILL BE PRO! I am more driven that ever and won't stop until I have tasted gold. My saying is, me and my bangs will be dominating bikini! LOL!!

Tasting first and tasting last has made me a better athlete. I realized I took my good placing for grated and didn’t give myself enough credit for how hard I worked when not placing well. What I waste of negative energy! 2012 season is going to be nothing but hard work, gratitude, happiness and a whole lot of fun NO MATTER WHAT!

During off season I made it rough on myself and I have gained way more weight than I had expected. I have learned from my mistakes for sure. Last season I crash dieted, did too much cardio and did not eating as clean as I should of been. I am using all of this as fuel to become that champion I was born to be. Look out Emerald Cup, I AM COMING TO WIN YOU!!!!!!!!!!
