Coming Soon!

Expo Idaho, in the Boise suburb of Garden City, will play host to this year’s Idaho Muscle Classic. Just minutes from downtown Boise and the Airport, Expo Idaho is conveniently located a few miles from the host hotel.

For our returning athletes and guests, Idaho Expo is located within the fairgrounds directly across the street from the Revolution Concert House.

Expo Idaho
5610 N Glenwood St
Garden City, ID 83714

Host Hotel: The Riverside Hotel, 2900 Chinden Boulevard – Boise, ID 83714, Phone (208) 343-1871. The Riverside is a very nice hotel and we encourage all competitors to book rooms as far in advance as possible. The group rate cut-off date is Friday May 17, 2024.

*ADA Rooms are reserved for Wheelchair National Athletes.

The group rate is $180.00 per night and please mention the Idaho Muscle Classic when booking to get the group rate.

Two complimentary breakfast buffets per room during your stay, with omelets to order. The hotel features a heated outdoor pool, new indoor pool and splash zone for kids and is located on the Boise River, with live music and food at the Sand Bar each night. This is a great hotel to bring the whole family!

Sheets and Towels for those of you staying in any hotel. It is a good idea for you to bring your own sheets and a couple of cheap towels with you to use because if your tanning dye gets on the hotel sheets and towels you will be charged for them. The “Cocoon Cotton Travel Sheet” (you can Google it) is excellent because it’s light weight and it’s only $30.00 and it covers your whole body like a sleeping bag. We’ve been told by competitors that it is the best!

Please be cognizant of the fact that any damage done to your hotel rooms through the use of tanning products or by any other means is the responsibility of the person on the room reservation.

NPC regulations state that absolutely no profanity is allowed, and music with profanity will not be played. It is a family show. Craig Productions reserves the right to refuse music not meeting these standards and will substitute house music. Figure, Bikini, Wellness and Men’s Physique competitors pose to house music only.

MUSIC EDITING SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE: Do you want a song that really stands out for your posing routine? Are you musically-challenged when it comes to editing? Do you have a creative music edit idea for your song? Rachel can take the stress out of combining songs for your unique posing routine, and she’s with you every step of the way—from editing, to check in, and all the way through show day when she plays your music as you walk on stage.

Trainers Bands: Trainers can purchase a trainer’s band for $100.00 cash only, at the Competitor Check in Friday May 31st 5:30 – 6:30 PM, at the Expo Idaho. Your trainer band will admit your trainer into the venue and the backstage area for both Sessions. It serves as an “all access pass” in and out of the venue. It is general admission to the show and backstage. It does not guarantee a certain seat. No person will be permitted back stage without a Trainer’s Pass and no pass shall be issued to any person who does not present a valid NPC card. When picking up your Trainer’s Pass, you will be required to provide proof of your current NPC membership and sign an NPC waiver per NPC policy.

Trainer Band RULES
· You must wear a wristband at all times. Any tampering with the bands in any way will cause you to lose your band and you will have to purchase another.
· Listen to any and all instructions by our staff. If you get in the way of a staff member and they ask you to move, you must move. They run a tight ship and need access to do their job. We always default to our staff.
· Be polite and considerate to all.
· Have fun!

Competitors and Trainer’s may only get ready in the designated areas. We have a complete pump-up area with a specific area for oiling up. We also have a specific backstage area. Anyone pumping up, oiling up, spray-tanning, doing make up, etc. in the main bathrooms used by the public or anywhere else in the venue will be immediately disqualified – The auditorium is adamant about no contest prep in the public bathrooms or out in the audience area. Venue security monitors them and will escort you out of the venue! Your trainer must prep you off site if they do not purchase a trainer’s prep band.

NO PAM allowed!! Pam is DANGEROUS for all the women in high heels. Your competitor will be disqualified if you are using Pam or any other aerosol cooking spray like it.
