Classic Physique Guidlines

Classic Physique classes are divided by height.  You must not exceed the maximum weight specified below for your height category.  If you come in heavier than the max weight you will have the option of moving to Bodybuilding or Men’s Physique but cannot compete in Classic Physique.  While we anticipate that most athletes will be accurate in their weight, we find that many overestimate their height and measure in shorter than what they list on the entry form.  Please refer to the “Height Measurement” portion of the Competitor Info page so you can accurately check your height and enter the correct class.  Complete details on classes and posing at: www.npcnewsonline.com.  Under no circumstances will entry fees be refunded for competitors who do not make weight.
