NPC regulations state that absolutely no profanity is allowed, and music with profanity will not be played. It is a family show. Trainers Bands: Trainers can purchase a trainer’s band for $100.00 cash only, at the Competitor Check in Friday May 31st 5:30 – 6:30 PM, at the Expo Idaho. Your trainer band will admit your trainer into the venue and the backstage area for both Sessions. It serves as an “all access pass” in and out of the venue. It is general admission to the show and backstage. It does not guarantee a certain seat. No person will be permitted back stage without a Trainer’s Pass and no pass shall be issued to any person who does not present a valid NPC card. When picking up your Trainer’s Pass, you will be required to provide proof of your current NPC membership and sign an NPC waiver per NPC policy.

Trainer Band RULES
· You must wear a wristband at all times. Any tampering with the bands in any way will cause you to lose your band and you will have to purchase another.
· Listen to any and all instructions by our staff. If you get in the way of a staff member and they ask you to move, you must move. They run a tight ship and need access to do their job. We always default to our staff.
· Be polite and considerate to all.
· Have fun!

Competitors and Trainer’s may only get ready in the designated areas. We have a complete pump-up area with a specific area for oiling up. We also have a specific backstage area. Anyone pumping up, oiling up, spray-tanning, doing make up, etc. in the main bathrooms used by the public or anywhere else in the venue will be immediately disqualified – The auditorium is adamant about no contest prep in the public bathrooms or out in the audience area. Venue security monitors them and will escort you out of the venue! Your trainer must prep you off site if they do not purchase a trainer’s prep band.

NO PAM allowed!! Pam is DANGEROUS for all the women in high heels. Your competitor will be disqualified if you are using Pam or any other aerosol cooking spray like it.
